Moved by Councillor Andrea Kaiser, seconded by Councillor Terry Flynn that item 1.b) Report PW-13-002, Line 9 Road Speed Limit Review, recommendation 1.1 be amended to read as follows:

That Council approve the amendment of the speed limit on Line 9 between Concession 1 and Four Mile Creek Road from an "unposted" to a posted speed limit of 60 km/h until such time that a full review of speed limits of rural roads is complete at which time it may change or remain the same, depending on results of the study. APPROVED.

Report PW-13-002 was approved as amended at the January 21st Council Meeting.
