The members of the Corporate Services Advisory Committee met on July 20, 2015 in the Council Chambers, at 10:15 p.m.

Chair Councillor Terry Flynn called the meeting to order at 10:15 p.m.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST:

Councillor Maria Bau-Coote declared a conflict of interest with the delegation of Dr. Karen Berti, as well as report CAO-15-001 Request from the NOTL Health Services Steering Committee as she is the General Manager of Family Health Services.

Councillor Martin Mazza previously declared a conflict of interest with Report CS-15-031 Trius Winery Special Events, Municipal Significance Blues on the Vineyard, Saturday, August 8, 2015 Wine Country Fare, Saturday, August 29, 2015 as he may be profiting on that day from this event.

Councillor Maria Bau-Coote, previously declared a conflict of interest with the delegation of Dr. Karen Berti as she is the General Manager of Family Health Services. Councillor Bau-Coote did not take part in any discussion.

Dr. Berti's delegation was heard from 7:00 p.m. to 7:33 p.m. under the Public Community & Development Advisory Committee meeting.

Dr. Berti introduced the NOTL Health Services Steering Committee delegation and referred to a powerpoint presentation highlighting the following:

2.a) July 25th Jazz Festival - Simcoe Park

Moved by Lord Mayor Pat Darte that the organizers of the Jazz Festival to be held in Simcoe Park on July 25th be given permission to allow Artists to sell Art Work in the park during the Jazz Festival.
